Where is my order?
Please log into your account and check your order status. Items usually ship within 1-8 business days, some items may take longer. You may live chat (when available), use the contact us page, or give us a call.

What are your operating hours?
Our customer service hours are:
M-F 10am - 6pm (PST).

What if I can't find an item I want?
Can't find something? Don't worry, contact us and we will let you know if we can get it. We carry a lot more lines than you see o

Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. Contact us for a shipping quote if the shipping calculator does not give you a quote.

I have a different shipping address and billing address.
We currently only ship to your verified billing address. For Paypal, we only ship to your confirmed address.

Do you price match?
We do price match. However, we don't guarantee we can. Contact us if you find the same item, in stock, at another reputable store. If we can't beat it or match the price, we'll let you know.
